Former Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation of Nepal, and founding member of the Global Parliamentarians Forum for Evaluation, Ananda Prasad Pokharel, was accorded a warm reception at Velana International Airport in Malé, the capital of Maldives.
He arrived in the Maldives to attend the Human Harmony Conference, where representatives from 50 Asian countries are participating.
At the airport, he was welcomed by Golam Faruk Majnu, Executive Director of the Asian Business Partnership Summit; Abdul Mannan, Chairman of the Global Friendship Foundation; R.K. Ripon, Chairman of Global Star Communication; Mainul Islam Nayeem, Managing Director of Solar Project Development and Engineering (SPDE); Shubhankar Sen Shubho, Assistant Managing Director of Agragami Group; along with local journalists from the Maldives.
Organizers expressed hope that the participation of the former Nepalese minister in this Human Harmony Conference will play a vital role in strengthening peace, harmony, and mutual cooperation in South Asia.
